Who doesn't love a good maxi! My latest addition from R'Nay clothing has quickly become my new favourites. Most of you know I love purple! So I obviously fell in love with this skirt because of the amazing print and colour scheme. Paired with these beautiful beach sandals from Lela Belle Designs, I had my complete mermaid outfit ready for an afternoon on the beach.

The Nest Soiree

A few weeks ago I, along with a few other bloggers including Helen from Gypsylovinlight,  were lucky enough to be invited to The Nest Soiree. The Nest is a Perth hair boutique that has just opened a beautiful new salon in Attadale. The afternoon was spent getting pampered, drinking cocktails and checking out the new space. 

Charlie has done such a great job making this salon look incredible. It even has it's very own bar! All the furniture is handmade by her talented husband Arni from Woodland Surroundings. There is such a warm, relaxed vibe in this space. 

Charlie and all the girls from the Nest are amazing at what they do. I was so well looked after and I was so happy with my hair and other beauty treatments.  All you Perth ladies need to head in and check the salon out! I highly recommend it! 

A big thank you to Charlie and all the other ladies from the Nest. I had such a wonderful day.

Hanging by the beach is one of my favourite things to do. I love the serenity of the ocean and the beautiful turquoise water. These pictures were taken a few weeks ago now, and it was one of the last times I spent an afternoon frolicking the beach for the summer. I still like to spend time there in winter, I just miss the warmth and brightness of the summer sunshine. 

I hope everyone enjoys their easter long weekend. I know I will. My weekend is loaded with a whole lot of nothing. Relaxation is definitely in need for me.
